Occupied or not, this is the whole list. Single-family homes and duplexes across Lincoln, all built after 1950. If you want to know what you'd actually be renting from us, this page is the honest answer.

What we buy
A narrow box, on purpose
Single-family homes and duplexes. Built after 1950. No conversions — we don't buy a big old house that somebody carved into four units, because the wiring, the plumbing stacks, and the sound between floors are never as good as they look on a walkthrough.
Staying inside that box is why maintenance stays manageable at thirteen units, and why it'll still be manageable at twenty.
